Return conditions

Basically, a return is possible within 14 days (calendar days) after receiving the goods. The date of shipping is decisive.
After this period, a return is only possible after prior consultation. We recommend checking your shipment immediately after receipt.
The following conditions also apply:

• The goods are undamaged and unused
• The goods are complete; Unfortunately, we cannot take back crawled boxes
• The goods are in undamaged original packaging

If these conditions are fulfilled, we will refund the paid purchase price of the returned goods as soon as they are booked back in the warehouse. Shipping costs for return shipping are not reimbursed.

 

Retending instructions

Would you like to send an article back? It works so easily.

Step 1
Pack the full goods in the original box. 

Step 2
Add a note on the interpretation of the shipment. It is advisable to include the delivery note obtained. 
Only assignments to be assigned can be reimbursed.

Step 3
Secure package (e). Then send to our address:

Step 4
After the package input, testing and when the conditions are fulfilled, you will receive the paid purchase price for the returned goods. This can take 3-5 working days after maintaining goods.
